Ticket Sales & Payment Policy

By purchasing tickets or making any payment through our website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following terms and conditions.

All Sales Are Final

All ticket sales, reservations, admissions, and other purchases made through our website are final. Once a payment has been successfully processed, no refunds, cancellations, exchanges, transfers, or credits will be provided, except where required by applicable law.

Ticket purchases

Event admissions

Table reservations

Cover charges

Prepaid packages

Any other products or services purchased through our website

Guests are responsible for reviewing their order carefully before completing their purchase.

Automatic Gratuity

A 20% gratuity is automatically added to all applicable purchases. The gratuity is included as a separate line item during checkout and is considered part of the total amount due.

Credit Card Convenience Fee

A 3% credit card convenience fee is applied to all credit card transactions. This fee helps offset payment processing costs and is displayed separately before payment is completed.

The convenience fee is non-refundable once the transaction has been processed, except where required by applicable law.

Authorization of Charges

By submitting your payment, you authorize Huqqa Social to charge your selected payment method for the full purchase amount, including:

Applicable sales tax

Admission & House Rules

Admission is subject to Huqqa Social's house rules and management policies. Management reserves the right to refuse admission to, or remove, any guest whose conduct is unlawful, disruptive, threatening, unsafe, or otherwise violates house rules.

Removal from the premises or denial of admission under these circumstances does not entitle the guest to a refund, except where required by applicable law.

Event Changes

Huqqa Social reserves the right to modify event times, entertainment, seating arrangements, promotions, or other event details without prior notice. Such changes do not entitle guests to a refund unless required by applicable law.
